Ruben is the co-founder and co-CEO of Forum Brands, leading its Mergers & Acquisitions team. Ruben began his career in investment banking at Credit Suisse in London, and then joined TA Associates, a US-based growth private equity firm investing out of a $9bn fund globally, as an investor in Consumer and Tech. While at TA, Ruben was actively involved in driving buy-and-build strategies of some of TA’s portfolio companies which resulted in more than 20 executed acquisitions, expansion into more than 10 countries, and significant value creation for shareholders. Ruben was also on the board of 7 different companies interacting closely with founders and CEOs. Ruben holds a master’s in engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is on a mission to identify and build the next generation of world-class consumer brands through technology and strategic deal making.

Rob is a Venture Partner at PJC and the Founder and CTO of Dianthus, a PJC portfolio company. Rob has expertise in the areas of AI, hardware, B2B, and SaaS. Prior to joining PJC, Rob was the co-founder and CEO at Talla, an AI and automation platform, transforming the way businesses deliver customer support. He was also the co-founder and CEO of Backupify, the world’s first cloud to cloud backup provider which was acquired for over $100m. As an angel investor, he made over 70 early-stage AI investments. Rob writes the world’s most popular newsletter on Artificial Intelligence – InsideAI. He has completed four marathons and is a hobby roboticist. Rob was named to Boston 40 under 40 in 2013.

Ryan gained his Bachelor of Commerce from UNSW and spent a decade in the commodities trading world working for Glencore, where he held two postings including Switzerland and Indonesia. In 2016 Ryan moved to New York City and began by trading in close footwear on Amazon.com, which eventually evolved into acquiring 3rd party marketplace brands. Today Elevate Brands is a leading Amazon aggregator and accelerator with a global team of 230. They have acquired 32 businesses and are backed by some of the world's most esteemed investment institutions.

Founder & CEO of first-ever Aggregator (Current Advisor to many)

Richard founded the first Amazon aggregator, 101 Commerce, which was acquired by an aggregator called Goja. He has been an advisor to aggregators and also advised several investors on due diligence of aggregators. During his career he worked on 25 M&A transactions worth nearly $1.5 billion of value and raised over $250 million of debt and equity financing.
