Adam Epstein

Senior VP of M&A, Boosted Commerce

Adam Epstein joined Boosted Commerce in 2020. As SVP of Mergers and Acquisitions, he oversees the acquisition life-cycle from origination of new investment opportunities through deal completion in addition to supporting capital markets initiatives. Prior to joining Boosted, Adam held a variety of finance and investing positions across Lion Capital, Oaktree Capital Management, and Berenson & Company, primarily focused on the consumer sector. He is responsible for over $500 million of direct debt and equity investments in addition to prior portfolio company management for businesses worth over $2.25 billion in aggregate. Currently, Adam also serves on the Leadership Advisory Board for non-profit Vista Del Mar. Adam received a BS in Applied Mathematics – Economics from Brown University in addition to an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Dustin Jones is an international C-suite retail executive and authority in Digitization and Omnichannel. He is currently the founder and CEO of Unified Commerce Group (UCG), a growth accelerator for purpose-driven, omnichannel retail brands. He also leads UCG’s first brand acquisition, Frank And Oak. Prior to founding UCG, Dustin spent 15 years as a senior executive at Macy’s Inc, where he servied in multiple roles including General Merchandise Manager of Ready to Wear and Senior Vice President of Lease, New Business Development, and Global Forecasting. In 2015, Dustin became the Managing Director & Executive Vice President of Macy’s China, based in Hong Kong; and where he launched over 400+ brands in the China market through a strategic partnership created with Alibaba Group. Dustin now resides in New York City.
