Sean is the Co-founder and President of Cincy Brands, where he leads acquisitions and commercial functions. Sean spent a decade at Procter and Gamble in Brand Management. He previously founded the Zevo brand out of the P&G Ventures group. Sean left P&G to build out the Digital Marketing and eCommerce business unit as an executive for a privately owned $100MM personal care company. Sean then joined Amify, a full-service Amazon Agency, as its CMO. Sean opened the Cincinnati office for Amify and helped grow it to 40 clients and $150MM in Amazon revenue under management. He has successfully helped VC-backed startups and Fortune 500 companies launch direct-to-consumer and on Amazon.

With an MBA from Michigan State, Eric Satler gained years of experience in management, investment banking, and corporate business development – cutting his teeth with UBS investment bank. Following UBS, he moved into cable, tv and digital media which segued nicely into Win Brands Group where he leads M&A, valuations, and strategic partnerships.

An experienced cross border attorney, he began his career at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York, focusing on billion-dollar insurance M&A, before joining Linklaters developing a practice representing private equity investments in the fashion and luxury space in London and Paris. He joined the global beauty conglomerate Coty where among various M&A, licensing and distribution deals, he led the divestiture of Coty’s professional division, Wella, with an equity value of $4bn, to KKR. He has since assisted in the start-up of a DTC streetwear fund and advises brands in investments in the creative space.
