Emmett Kilduff

Emmett has had a strong interest in eCommerce since he completed a Masters in eCommerce in 1999. With over a decade in leading investment banks Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse, Emmett has billions of dollars of corporate finance expertise across equity, credit, and M&A. Emmett overseas all the deals that The Fortia Group advises on.

David Hyland

A chartered accountant with >20 years experience, David leads the financial analysis, due diligence and closing processes for our clients’ exits. Prior to The Fortia Group, he was CFO of a leading SaaS platform that helps over 7,000 eCommerce sellers manage customer support, reviews, feedback and pricing.

Paul Hanley

Paul is an expert at both launching and accelerating brand growth on Amazon. He has historically worked with Amazon FBA agency Luzern and a fast-growing FMCG brand WaterWipes growing multimillion online revenues +108% in mature hyper-competitive Amazon marketplaces. Paul runs our Exit Ready programme at The Fortia Group.

CTO, Swiftline Corp

Anthony Johnson

Anthony was the CTO at Thrasio. In January 2022 he founded Swiftline, an eCommerce SaaS company, that provides an integrated data and technology platform to enable eCommerce sellers with optimization strategies, business-building solutions, and access to growth capital that drives success. He holds an BS and MS in CS from MIT and the MIT Media Lab.
