The Fortia Group Advises UK-Based House Of Brands That Generated $32m Revenue 2023 On Exit To US eCommerce Strategic

What We Did

The Fortia Group acted as sell-side M&A advisor to a UK-based brand house that did $32m revenue in 2023. It consists of 6 brands run by a strong team and eCommerce infrastructure primed for future growth. The transaction was a strategic acquisition by a leading consumer eCommerce player strengthening their already significant footprint outside of the US.
The deal was one the largest of its kind in 2024.
A unique aspect to our deal processes is that we are the only firm to host conferences for eCommerce Acquirors. Select businesses are invited to present at these. This business presented at one of our conferences in order to market their deal to acquirors – London September 2023.
