What We Did

As an experienced Amazon FBA seller, founder Adam Castle launched his second brand The Healthy Dog Co., in 2017. Offering 100% natural pet health products and supplements in a rapidly growing market, The Healthy Dog Co. quickly became profitable with some of its skin care products reaching the #1 ranking on Amazon EU.

Given the increasing interest in pet supply brands, Mr. Castle decided to exit in 2021 and mandated The Fortia Group to prepare The Healthy Dog Co. for sale. Having prepared financials, identified a new product roadmap, and optimized the supply chain we shopped the brand to a trusted network of buyers. The Healthy Dog Co. sold to a US-based aggregator and Mr. Castle was thrilled with the final valuation. The process from mandate to sale took 8 weeks.
